• Homepackage.co.uk web site is owned and operated by Home Package Ltd.
• Persons, groups, businesses, or companies who advertise or order web links within the company's web site are henceforth referred to as the "CLIENT"
• These Terms & Conditions, together with your order represent the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the advertising services and cannot be varied except by agreement in writing signed by one of our authorised personnel.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADVERTISERS

1. The company does not accept any liability for advertisements or linked web sites or for the products or services advertised therein. 
2. The company accepts all advertising and web links on condition that the person, persons or company who submit them accept total liability for their content.
3. All advertising material is subject to approval by Home Package Ltd, who reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement deemed to be unsuitable for any reason.
4. In the event that advertisements or web links are withdrawn because the client has contravened the companies terms and conditions no refund for unrealised advertising will be given.
5. The company is not an internet service provider so, whilst the company strives to ensure complete continuity of service, it does not guarantee such continuity.  In the event that service is interrupted, for whatever reason, the company accepts no liability whatsoever and will not compensate for lost advertising time.
6. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all material produced is accurate in every detail the company does not accept any liability for text or layout errors no matter howsoever caused.
7. The client is solely responsible for the content and accuracy of all the client's advertising material and is liable in totality for any claims resulting from inaccurate or misleading information provided within such advertising.
8. The client accepts that no web links or advertising material relating to a third party will appear on the clients web site without the company being notified.
9. The client confirms that in the event of advertising or web links appearing on the clients' site a fixed charge will be made for the advertising and/or web links. Such charges will be as laid down in the company's published price list in force at the time.
10. The client confirms that he/she/they will not advertise services/products that the client cannot provide or sustain in the manner or geographic area that they are advertised.
11. The client will not advertise any product or service that is likely to cause offense to any segment of the population or advertise an acceptable product in a manner that might do likewise.
12. The client confirms that he/she/they will not advertise any product that is unlawful or not legally their property.
13. In submitting an advertisement clients accept that their details will be held on the company's files for future reference as defined by Data Protection Act.
14. Advertising space is subject to limited availability and will be handed out on a first-come first-served basis. Once all of the available advertising slots are filled, further advertisements are queued (stored off-line) until the next available slot becomes available. Home Package Ltd's staff will notify queued advertisers of the estimated time that their advertisement will make it on-line as well as the date it actually goes on-line.
15. We reserve the right to vary the placement or positioning of your advertisement & to change the format of your advertisement where we deem fit to do so. We will make every effort to notify you of those changes but we will not be liable for any costs, or losses suffered as a result.
16. We do not accept any responsibility for errors in advertising material that has been submitted by you.
17. The cost of your advertisement will be as agreed by us and specified in your invoice.
18. The cost of your adverts must be paid in full within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
19. Your advert requirements must be received at least 3 working days prior to starting date.
20. All click-through URL's must enable the browsers "back" feature to allow users to return to our website.
21. Cancellation of any advertisement must be received in writing from you no less than 14 days before the commencement date of your advert going live in order to receive a 100% refund. Any cancellation after this date will be subject to a minimum cancelation charge of 50% of total costs. Adverts cancelled at your request after going live will not be refundable.
22. If you fail to pay for the advertising services in accordance with your order and these Terms & Condition's we will: 

1. Cancel all current and scheduled adverts;
2. Require cash payment in advance for future adverts;
3. Charge interest at a rate of 10% per calendar month on overdue amounts
4. Take proceedings against you to recover any overdue amount;
5. Recover from you all costs related to any action taken against you by us to recover overdue amounts including all legal costs;
6. Exercise any other rights we have at law.

23. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Updates will be made available at Homepackage.co.uk or on request in writing.
